Sant Cugat Sesgarrigues (Inhabitants 842).

The borough of St. Cugat Sesgarrigues recalls the image of a hard land which is very difficult to work and maybe for that reason the inhabitants wanted the help of the Saint who gives his name to the borough.
St. Cugat Sesgarrigues is located very near Vilafranca del Penedès and is made up of the following towns: St. Cugat, Les Cases Roges – at the crossing with the N-340 - and Puigcigró, as well as some isolated rural houses.
